I love being able to personalize the mugs with dog and cat names, colors, breeds, etc. On this order, I couldn't get the mug background I wanted, which was a night scene, but everything else worked out fine. Hate to pay shipping...wish there was a deal every once in a while to not pay it, no matter the size of purchase. Shipping costs, for me, are often the deciding factor of whether to order.

Had a misunderstanding with customer support but navigating through the issue. Mug is well made and a great quality product.

The cup is as advertised. It's for a left-handed person if you want to see the picture when you're using the cup. I wish the design of the woman had more clothing options. It really doesn't look like me!

The cup was made according to my specifications and delivered in a timely manner. One thing I was disappointed with is that the names of the dogs could have been centered better under the picture of the dogs. Other than that, I was quite satisfied with the end result.

Wrong made right! At first I was very disappointed in the company and the product. The mugs I ordered did not arrive in the time they said, and when they did, they were the wrong mugs. I emailed the customer service and they responded very quickly. To their credit, they immediately printed the new mugs and got them to me in a timely manor. One of them had to be printed a second time because of a flaw in printing. In the end I was very satisfied.

I loved being able to customize my coffee mug so that it looks like me and my dog enjoying a mountain view. I also loved being able to customize the words! It was also packed very carefully so it arrived unbroken. The shipping was delayed over and over, and untrackable, so that is the reason for four stars instead of five.

Love the mug. It came late. I doubt it came from the US.
