Hi Matthew, we sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order. We aim to stay within our 3-day processing window, but unfortunately, the high volume of the holiday season has caused some unexpected delays. We regret that your experience with our support team was not helpful and that you felt your concerns were not addressed. We are working hard to get all remaining orders out as quickly as possible and appreciate your feedback regarding our communication during this busy time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that the presentation of your gift basket did not meet expectations, especially given that it was intended for a high-end client. We understand that presentation is a critical part of premium gifting, and we regret the disappointment this caused. While our initial assessment focused on the items being intact for consumption, we acknowledge your feedback that the overall condition and appearance of the basket did not reflect the standard you expected. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and your comments regarding packaging and handling have been shared internally for further review. We appreciate you providing photos and taking the time to explain your concerns. Customer feedback like yours is important to us as we continue to improve both our packaging standards and service processes. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
