I ordered gift basket as a gift for Rosh Hashanah 3 weeks prior to delivery date. It was delivered 4 days later (!). All fruits were spoiled,rotten with horrible odor. I was offered only 50% refund and no apology. Unacceptable customer service. They made it my fault due to "not chosen recommended shipping option". But how about delivery 4 days later when it's not needed anymore? Not even mention it was so disgusting and smelled so bed. Never ever will deal with this company again

Very disappointing experience I ordered a kosher fruit basket as a Rosh Hashanah gift for friends. Unfortunately, much of the fruit arrived spoiled, including pears, apples, pineapple and mango, and had to be thrown away. Our friends understandably felt awkward telling us that a gift we had sent them arrived in such poor condition. When they finally told us a few days later, I contacted the company immediately. The company refused to offer a refund or compensation because our friends had not taken photographs of the spoiled fruit before discarding it. While I understand having a policy requiring photographs, I think it is unreasonable in the context of a gift. Most gift recipients are not going to photograph spoiled food before throwing it away, particularly when they are already uncomfortable telling the sender that their gift arrived spoiled. I was especially disappointed that customer service was unwilling to consider the circumstances or offer any resolution. When you order a food gift, you are trusting the company to send something fresh and presentable on your behalf. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I would not order from this company again.

I am extremely unhappy with the basket and the products. The items were not marked with any known kosher symbol ( the box simply read “made with kosher ingredients”) and sending sweet manischewitz wine in an unmarked box made to look like it was some kind of fancy wine without informing the buyer is really wrong. Everything was super low quality and questionably kosher. The customer service is awful. The product is terrible. And there is no recourse if you’re unhappy with it as they seem to use some kind of call center that never gets you to the right person. Also they say they deliver by courier but they deliver by USPS. And if you have a shipping issue they say you need to call USPS about it. Which everyone knows will get you nowhere. Avoid at all costs.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a Symphony gift basket that was promised to arrive within the typical 1 business day delivery timeframe, but it arrived nine days late. 9! When I contacted customer service by both email and phone, the representatives were rude, unhelpful, and lacking compassion or empathy. No meaningful assistance was provided, and no effort was made to resolve the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. This was especially frustrating because the gift was time sensitive. I expected much better communication and service, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this company.

I received a basket from Gifting Kosher as a gift, but what arrived was a major downgrade from what was advertised. While the basket technically arrived with Kosher items, the quality of the contents was severely compromised by cheap, low-end substitutions that ruined the thought and presentation intended by the senders. To make matters worse, the box containing the wine was shipped without the required alcohol transport labeling. As a result, the carrier left the package unattended without requesting or verifying a 21+ adult signature on delivery. According to the listing, the set was supposed to include high-end items like tipsy jalapeño olives, sundried tomatoes, honey, and a white chocolate wine pairing brick bar. Here is what was actually delivered: Honey: Replaced with a cheap honey-flavored syrup containing no actual honey. Sundried Tomatoes: Replaced with standard Smucker’s jam. Olives: Replaced with generic convenience-store olives instead of the advertised tipsy jalapeño olives. Chocolates: Replaced with cheap artificial chocolates containing freeze-dried strawberries instead of the advertised specialty wine pairing bar. Pasta & Nuts: Standard Barilla pasta instead of the artisan pasta shown in the product pictures, and basic Planters peanuts instead of quality mixed nuts. While a few items matched (the crackers, wooden serving board, and basic Kosher sparkling wine), the overall contents felt like a collection of discount grocery store impulse buys rather than a curated gourmet gift basket. If you are paying for a premium gift basket, expect significant downgrades from the advertised product images. I would strongly advise buyers to look elsewhere.

I had an awful and extremely unprofessional experience with GiftingKosher. They SENT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ORDER!! Claiming 'substitutions happen'. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS SUBSITUTED and with less value and much less attractive items. I have pictures of what I ordered and what was received and it's a joke and a total embarrassment FOR THEIR COMPANY. I AM SHOCKED! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMETHING SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRAUD! THIS BEHOOVES A 100% REFUND!! NOT ONLY DID THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND ADMIT THIS IS WRONG! THEY OFFERED A 30% reimbursement. I tried to complain to the Better Business Bureau, BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOT EVEN RECOGNIZED BY THEM! RED ALERT! AND WAS GIVEN A 'BBB RATING: F'

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It is a total scam! I ordered a "Kosher" gift basket with what was advertised as "kosher champagne". It turns out that Mumm is NOT kosher. The company took no responsibility and refused to fix the issue. I am furious! Do not trust that what they are advertising is kosher - it is not! This business is a fraud.

I placed an order 10 days ago, and it still has not shipped. My confirmation stated it would ship within three days. The agent I emailed with was not helpful, and I have been unable to get in touch with the manager. They have done nothing to try to make it right. I would not recommend wasting your money with this unreliable company
