Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

I'm very thankful to GiftBasketsOverseas and especially lovely Laura Sterling and Hannah Bailey for making the day of my mom. They were very responsive, polite and helpful. I indicated the wrong address by mistake and they have managed to assist me to re-route the delivery and ensuring my mom received the gift. This was the 1st time I am using the service of Gift Baskets Overseas and their professionalism and great customer service support has impressed me. GOOD JOB! I’ll definitely come back more for their services.

For a 60th Wedding Anniverary Gift. This is the first time I have used this Company, I found them truly excellent, the gift was delivered on time, the agent followed up the delivery with a phone call to our friends to whom we sent the gift to ensure everything was in order. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to others, I have family in Canada and I will use the services of Gift Baskets Overseas to give them a lovely surprise at Christmas.

I have used GiftBasketsOverseas many times to send personal and corporate gifts, and the services and quality of the gifts have always been great. They surprised my grandmother in a small town in Russia, my employees in Japan and the U.S., my remote relatives in Armenia and friends in Moscow. I really like the fact that I can order multiple gifts to many countries in one order and it is very clear and simple - the delivery is quick, and the customer service is great, too! Great service, I highly recommend.

we sent our son in South Africa a chocolate hamper. He said it was the best hamper he had ever received or sent!

I am in the US and ordered a gift basket for my brother in Argentina. His birthday was on a Sunday but that was not a problem for Giftbasketsoverseas. After ordering I got a call very soon after to verify I was who I said I was and then my order went through straight away. The basketr was delivered on time by a lovely man from Canals and was exactly what I had ordered. I then also got an e-mail next day (time difference) to advise that the order had been delivered. Excellent customer service, will not hesitate to use again and happy to recommend to anyone. Well done!
