Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

I'm from the Philippines and my partner is currently working in Kuwait. A month ago, i was so worried on what to give to my boyfriend on his birthday given that he is abroad. I first decided to send him a material gift thru courier, however I was quite worried if it will come on time. So I searched online for a company which delivers gifts abroad. I happened to see Gift baskets overseas. I checked all the reviews and there are so many and everything seems positive. Thus, i never hesitated. I sent them a message and they replied right away. They are very accomodating and nice. My partner received the Black forest gift cake together with the greeting card just in time. He was so happy and so I am. Thank you so much gift basket overseas and to all the employees behind it. It means a lot to me.

Great company. Great products. Great customer service. I was called to verify my purchase. I entered the discount code incorrectly and without being asked the company refunded the discount to my credit card. Can't get more honest. I totally recommend this company

My son and two granddaughters live in Singapore. My son teaches school there. When he first went there, I sent a "have a great school year" basket. It has become a tradition to do this-over 10 years, now. The place where I usually go to send my son's annual "have a great school year"basket, told me they could not do it any more.I was frustrated, to say the least. I don't "do" computers-except what I HAVE to. But, I typed in-send a fruit basket to Singapore...this place is what I chose. I am SO glad I did. The communication was pleaseant/professional, the basket was sent expediently, and it had all the things that were suggested. My son LOVED his "have a great school year" basket. I am extremely pleased with Giftbasketsoverseas, and shall use them again. Ms. Esther

Even though I did not give GiftBasketoverseas 3 full business days to deliver to Brazil, they made an extra effort to get the gift on time for my mother-in-laws birthday. I was doubtful they could do it, but they came through fantastically providing regular updates and a courtesy email upon delivery. My wife said that my mother-in-law cried when she received the gift and said that the presentation was beautiful. They definitely exceeded expectations. Thank you!

Is the first time that I receive such a good service from an international delivery company, specially the constant comunication regarding the situation of the gift as well as the concern to reach the receiver. Congratulations!

I first used giftbaskets months ago. I placed an order from USA going to Russia. I placed on a Saturday night and it was delivered to my friend on Sunday. I was amazed how quick it was. I just placed my 2nd order on May 3rd another Saturday night and again it was delivered the next day. My friend loved it. Her Mom is going in the hospital for surgery so I just wanted to give them some joy. They forgot to put my card with the message with gift. It really was not a problem but they really stepped up and the next day brought my friend a complimentary box of chocolates. That was a great gesture and I will be using gift baskets solely and will recommend to anyone that will be shipping abroad. Thanks again guys, Jon Bichekas

Keep their website disclaimer in mind when reading my review: "we need 3 days to process and confirm your order before the gift is shipped." Despite knowing about the disclaimer, I ordered the gift on the 24th (from California) and was hoping to get it delivered on the 25th (to Belgrade). As soon as I placed my order one of their reps called me asking me to confirm the delivery address... I said fine but it'll have to wait until tomorrow because my int'l friend is asleep at the moment. I woke up the next day and my friend was in tears because she got the gift delivered. Figuratively speaking, I was floored. I couldn't believe that within a few hours they were able to figure out the delivery address and have it shipped to her. All of their reps are amazing and will go above-and-beyond in making sure you're a satisfied customer. In 30 years I have never experienced better customer service -- A+++ all the way. Thanks again to their whole team.
