Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

I wanted to send a hamper on the occasion of Christmas to a special friend who lives in Latvia. I am an Indian based in Bangalore and I was wondering how will I ever manage the logistics. Thankfully, a Google search led me to giftbasketsoverseas and it seemed like the merchandise was not only well selected but also fairly priced. Most of all, I was impressed by their claim of delivery within 48 hours, though I was a bit skeptical. But I placed my order regardless. As promised, the hamper was delivered in Daugavpils, Latvia on Dec 24 morning. WELL DONE (external reference) and I wish you the very best in your business endeavours.

I was a bit late with thinking of ordering a giftbasket for my family and friend in the Netherlands,to my surprise it was delivered 2 days before XMAS, and the family was impressed with the contents. Thanks so much for your great service and I hope to use it again.Happy XMAS to all of you. henk

It took me three years, gifts across multiple countries and many impeccable fulfillment from GiftbasketOverseas to write this review. So u can understand what a nosy customer I am :). If they can satisfy me, trust me, you would be no exception. I always had a lot of "when to be delivered", "how to be delivered", "Digital proof", "last minute ordering" and what not. But I must appreciate the team for patiently giving me a hearing and delivering exactly the way I wanted, even on a Sunday at times. The entire team, communication and experience was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to send gifts to their near and dear ones across the globe. I am sure the giftbasketoverseas team will continue to do the great and efficient job that they are doing. You people are amazing. All the best !!! :) I must also mention of the lady who delivered the gift to my friend in Croatia and whose name I don';t recollect (sadly), but she was amazing too and brought smile on my friends face.. Nothing more that I could ask for. Cherish the experience.. Thank you :)

The gift selection is great, the agents are knowledgeable, helpful and go the extra mile. One agent even stayed in chat for a long time with me answering all my questions. Receiving regular updates about my gifts also made my task so much easier.

I am most grateful for the superb customer service that I received from Gift Baskets Overseas. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend who lost her husband recently. Unfortunately, I had her old phone number on the order. Customer service reached out to me through both e-mail and my home telephone number to let me know that the phone number was incorrect. It took me a day of so to find her new phone number; but once I did I called customer service. They verified the recipient and since it had been a few days and the flowers I had ordered were wilting, they sent her a fresh bouquet. My friend called right away to thank me for the beautiful bouquet of flowers she had received. I am most grateful to Gift Baskets Overseas for their excellent customer service! I recommend them highly!!

The customer service is excellent and prompt. I ordered a gift basket and asked for delivery on a weekend. And, they delivered. On Time! Definitely recommended! Kiran
