Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

The service provided is absolutely amazing. I have had several baskets delivered to both Hong Kong and London. All baskets were delivered on time and contained everything requested. There was a small hitch at a London delivery, which was NO fault of Gift Baskets Overseas, however they emailed me immediately & kept in constant contact until the problem was solved. They went way beyond the call of duty to solve the problem, (which was outside their control) and ensure the delivery was completed. I am truly impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a gift for my sister, I live in Australia she lives in LA. The company tried to deliver and they had no reply. I was very pleased to receive a telephone call informing me. The next day I received an email another attempt failed as there was no reply. They will attempt again I am delighted to discover. I really was delighted at the trouble they have gone to and the courtesy and costs involved with calls and repeated deliveries, wonderful in this day and age of ill manners and short cuts. I will be using them again. Christmas isn't far away!

First time using this company for a gift basket I ordered from Australia to be sent to Italy. Was hesitant as it was my first time but the service was excellent with no hassles. The recipient received it at the time requested. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

As the title indicates, there is nothing to complain about.

Being in Canada and having a partner in New Zealand, sending gifts just becomes that much more complicated. GiftBasketsOverseas made it so much easier to do this. My partner was not expecting anything and I wasn't sure if he was gonna be home when the gift arrived. I loved that this company decided to give a call an hour in advance to make sure he is home, and then ensure a timely delivery for what couldn't be a more perfect gift. The packaging and the contents were absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be more happier with it. Thank you once again for making a lives a bit better with this great service :)

After struggling to send timely and quality presents for years to friends and family in Denmark, I finally found a site that not only is reliable but provides quality products and exceptional service. I would not tempt fate to use any other website to send long distance gifts. These folks do not disappoint.

They delivered as promised and advertised.....what else could I ask for

Good service. Timely delivery. Good assistance. Kep it up.
