Simply amazing service - from two professionals (my husband and I) who have a combined 40 plus years of experience in customer service - so we know what we are talking about when we say amazing! I have sent my husband mutliple gift baskets in SE Asia and the company has gone above and beyond every single time to make sure it was a wonderful experience - coordinating with local delivery service and stepping me through everything personally as he received delivery to his remote location that wasn't easy to find.
