Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

I ordered for the first time through GiftBasketsoverseas for a friend’s birthday in China. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service and careful attention to my order. My order arrived as scheduled, and my friend was so happy with the beautiful fruit tart and wine. The customer service to schedule my order, deliver to my friend, and the quality of the order was outstanding. Thank you for helping me to make my friend’s birthday extra special. Dr. Brian J. Great selection, service an delivery

I have been using GiftBasketsOverseas for several years now. Their customer service is unsurpassed and also very personal. Wonderful experience

Giftbasketsoverseas.com had made my life as an EA to CEO a little bit easier. Great selection and it's so easy to send holiday greetings to clients overseas!!

I have never had such great customer service, I was so surprised to get a phone call checking if I had received the gift, and then regular follow up calls when there was a problem with the local delivery company not leaving a tracking number. I am so used to calling a company to ask for help and then not getting any, this was a totally different experience. I would highly recommend.

This was my first time using guftbasketsoverseas and they were just so helpful in getting my package to its destination and keeping me in the loop. I highly recommend them.

First time using Gift baskets overseas, they were great, and the recipient loved the gift. I am so pleased that the whole experience was easy and they communicated throughout the whole process will use Gift baskets again for sure !

I have used Gift Baskets Overseas now for a number of years. Their service is impeccable! From the time you first place your order to delivery, they keep you updated every step of the way. If ever there is an issue their customer service team will give you a call. I am based in Australia and think that is amazing for a US-based company to call and inform you if there are any issues along the way. They are always quick to reply and offer their assistance where ever they can. I recommend Gift Baskets Overseas for any gift, for any occasion you want to send overseas, the range is excellent and my recipients comment that the quality is too. Highly recommend!
