The selection is great, a really easy process and very helpful staff. This makes sending gifts overseas very easy and hassle free. I will continue to use Gift Baskets Overseas. Yaroslav is always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend

The process was very easy to follow, wouldn't hesitate to use again for corporate gifting. Customer service, 5 stars.

I use Gift Baskets Overseas for a global cake delivery campaign in my company. They solved my problem of needing custom design cakes with my logo, which other companies couldn't meet. I appreciate their product quality, honesty, and problem-solving, though vendor reliability can sometimes be challenging. What do I like best? I truly appreciate Gift Baskets Overseas for several reasons. The quality of their products is outstanding, ensuring that everything they deliver is fresh and flavorful, which gives me confidence in their offerings. I value their honesty and reliability; they are transparent about their capabilities, and if something is not feasible, they communicate that upfront. This openness fosters a collaborative environment where we can find solutions together. Additionally, their global reach is impressive. They manage to provide consistent service and maintain our desired designs across different countries, which was a challenging task that other companies couldn't commit to. The initial setup process was exceptionally smooth and straightforward, making communication easy and efficient, which further enhances the overall experience. The team is dedicated, always delivering and making it possible for us to run campaigns seamlessly. This level of service has earned them my trust and high likelihood of recommending them to others, scoring a perfect 10 on my recommendation scale. What do I dislike? Sometimes, I have to rely on the vendors for the final results, which Gift Baskets Overseas sometimes cannot manage. However, they always provide a solution when there are mistakes, which are usually due to third parties and not Gift Baskets Overseas itself. And they offered a nice solution when the issue arose.

Freundlichkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Sorgfalt.

I'm so glad I found giftbasketoverseas. They helped me organize a gift for my friend in USA even if I didn't know her address. Their customer service and communication is top notch
