Over the last 3 weeks due to an error in order with Gift Baskets Overseas - my order could have been delayed. They did not only managed to deliver a gift to my son in the USA from me on time (I am working in Dubai), but kept both me and my son wrll informed every step of the way. They went out of their way to ensure the gift was delivered and frequently reassured me that it would be. This all has happened during the Covid19 epidemic and with such dedication from both the team but also the Head of Customer services Margaret herself ! Remaining a loyal long term customer, Ursula.

I am so impressed with the basket that I sent to my husband! I ordered one that had a small plant, a bottle of wine and a chocolate bar for his birthday and the plant they sent was a huge 3 stem orchid in fantastic shape! The basket was 95 bucks and that orchid alone would sell for 75-100 USD at any florist, here in the US. So I basically ended up saving some money, also. This company also has fantastic customer service. They are courteous, helpful and very professional. I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with this service and recommend it. The recipient in Israel was thrilled with the fruit basket. She also received the gift card with it. (an earlier experience sending a gift basket to Israel with another company, the gift card was not included and the recipient had no idea of the sender). Also pleased with the ease of communication with the company and their follow up to verify receipt of the gift.

It's not the first time I use gift baskets to send gifts to my fiancée in Russia. And they have delivered well every time! Now I see they have some "experience gift certificates" which I think is a nice idea to gift instead of the same old chocolate boxes every time. Good ideas, good communications, service and delivery.
