My overall experience with Gift Baskets Overseas was outstanding. Though I only had a total of 7 gifts to purchase, the recipients were spread across the globe from India to Canada to the Netherlands. All recipients received their orders on time and loved the quality of the contents of the gifts they received. The customer service was excellent!

I've used Corporate Overseas Holiday Gift Basket service twice this year!! I found their site full of great options and the customer service was outstanding! I can't say enough about their customer service and how they help with your large order, confirming receipt of order and confirm deliveries! Better than some typical websites I've used in the past. I will continue to use them for my OUS gifts AND they also have a US site, which I plan to use as well!

My rep was on top of correspondence and ensured that all gift baskets were delivered! What I love the most about this company is that the gift baskets will pass through customs (and not get stuck like other company shipments). I was able to ship a handful of gifts to my international employees (HK, Finland, Jamaica, Israel) with much ease and assurance. Definitely recommend!

I have used this company twice now to send a hamper to my son in Korea. I have found it to be an excellent service. The hampers are of great quality, delivered on time, and you can contact them easily. I will be using them again.

I started my conversations with Irina Fossil, and from the first moment, I knew that I want to work with you! Never ran into better customer service than I got from Irina. The whole process was extremely professional, pleasant, and flawless. Definitely will choose GiftBasketsOverseas again, for our future projects!

I have been absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service, feedback, and follow up that I received from Mariana Pereira and everyone at Giftbasketsoverseas.com. She helped me to solve a very difficult task and I just want to extend my gratitude. I rarely ever leave reviews, but in this case, I must tell the world just how great this company is. They are FABULOUS! Thank you so much for taking this task off of me and handling it with the utmost professionalism. Thank you!!!
