Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

I have ordered from Giftbasketoverseas.com now twice and each time has been an excellent experience. Their attention to detail from start to finish is what customer service is all about. They help with suggesting products based on budget, place the order and then followup with tracking numbers for each person you send too. Then they email you once the item is delivered. A big shout out to Mariana Pereira. She is amazing to work with. Mariana informs you every step of the way so you know exactly where your package is and if there are any bumps in the road. Absolutely fantastic service. Will use them over and over again!

Shipping gifts to remote locations around the world to recipients with varying cultural norms is best left to the experts. Giftbasketsoverseas has handled our international Holiday baskets for two years now and they nail it every time.

Yaroslav Chase always follows up and gives excellent service. I appreciate the professionalism offered by him.

Alyssa Bell my sales rep, was absolutely fantastic. She assisted me through the ordering process and kept me up to date on the deliveries. The baskets arrived on time before the Christmas holiday and the recipients enjoyed them. Thank you Alyssa for making the process so simple.

Excellent Customer Service. There was a problem with the delivery address and, despite the Christmas season, they've worked hard, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

Great service! I'm always preferring them for my gifts as they never dissapoints you.

I ordered a big number of gift baskets and all of them were delivered on time without any deley. I will defenetly order gift baskets next year.

Giftbaskets overseas has been a superb service with last minute Christmas deliveries to four corners of the world. They have been very helpful and patient as we changed the order many times along. The only problem, and the reason we ended up with a much smaller order was that they need credit card payment upfront, which can be quite difficult for large corporates. We ended up using a local supplier for Europe, who allowed us to pay later via an invoice, and used GiftBasketOverseas for our non-European deliveries only.
