A wonderful and professional company which specialises in gift hampers. Delivery of product was very prompt. Highly recommended!

I asked this morning from London if a gift could be delivered in Russia today. It was there in less than four hours, and in perfect condition. What more could you ask for : ))

It was my first time to use this website. I am very happy with excellent service. They will communicate with you along the way until your gift has been received by the recipient. They will do an extra mile to achieve what they have promised in their website "customer satisfaction" They are definitely secure and legitimate. My friend was very happy for his gift and it was presented in a very luxurious way. Their choice of dry red wine for my Chinese friend was perfect. I would highly recommend this site. I am already planning for my next purchase

Alyssa Bell was so helpful and responsive! Will use again!

... not disgusted from Hove! My elderly mother so enjoyed the hamper sent from Australia by my sister she asked me to purchase some of the items again in the uk. She had thrown away the packaging so I didn't know which companies to get in contact with. I emailed Gift baskets overseas. I had a prompt reply & even with limited information they traced my sisters order & were able to list each item in the hamper.

Alyssa is excellent. Extremely professional and very much connected with her customers. The follow up and email delivery messages was very reassuming that our gifts were delivered. Thank you!!

I was slightly nervous about sending a hamper to our daughter in Shanghai - it's such a long way away! In fact I didn't even realize that it was possible without a great deal of careful planning. I found the ordering process extremely easy, greatly helped by an excellent customer service team. I chose 25th December for delivery and the hamper duly arrived on Christmas Day which was perfect. All the products were exactly as described on the website; were of extremely high quality and our daughter was absolutely delighted. Thank you Giftbasketsoverseas.com - you have solved my present giving problems!!
