There were a few issues with deliveries, but the company always followed up, kept us in the loop and tried their best to resolve the issue. A replacement hamper was offered for one of our customers where we encountered a few issues. Other than that the service provided by David and his team was really good in general. They were of great assistance for different issues and questions, and tried to help as best as possible. Great variety of baskets and they deliver to a large variety of countries, even though some of the hampers are quite pricey.

Sent a package to Thailand and received a notification that it was received only to find out later that the package was not actually delivered. Customer service was very good in tracking the problem and package was quickly delivered the next day. Wine was not as expected but again, customer service was very quick to follow up and address the issue. Great customer service. They won’t let go until you’re satisfied. Would use this service again.
