Really nice service! As soon as they found out that one package was lost in the shipment, they immediately sent another one while they were trying to resolve the problem. Resulting in the receiver to actually get both! That he got to keep! That's real good conduct of business!

Outstandingly good service that exceeded my expectations! I wanted a basket delivered to my son in São Paulo, Brazil, and had no idea where to start to find an authentic and professional service. I have ordered from Gift baskets overseas on quite a few occasions to send staff birthday gifts overseas. They are so helpful and professional and have always given me a 5 star customer experience. The communication is excellent and they update you on your order at each stage. Katharine, Marina, Amy and Zina were all so helpful especially when a few of the orders could not be delivered because of no one at the delivery address.
