This company is horrible. I have ordered a Christmas decoration in the middle of November. As of November 30th til today which is December 21st it is still in the same spot. No one from this company will return my emails. The phone number doesn’t work and can’t contact anyone. They are fine with taking your money but have no contact with you after and still haven’t received my order. Unacceptable

I ordered the custom Jeep Keychain as a Christmas gift. I could not be more pleased with the quality. At first I thought it was miss-printed backwards so I emailed the support team and they replied back to me very quickly. All I had to do was removed a protective layer of plastic with tweezers! I would defiantly recommend this as a great and unique gift! The packaging was great as well!

I ordered a personalized keychain from this website, it got delivered within 5 days. I didn’t realize I put my mothers address for delivery (its one of my auto saved addresses) and when I realized it got delivered and I didn’t see anything at my house I emailed the customer support team stating how I never received my item. Response time said within 24 hours but they got back to me within 2 hours being very helpful and kind. I mentioned how it was a misunderstanding and mistake on my behalf and that I did in fact receive the product. They still sent me a 10% coupon just because. Amazing customer service I would recommend their website anytime.

I ORDERED THE CRYSTAL CHRISTMAS TREE WITH NAMES. NOTHING ON THAT TREE WAS CRYSTAL! THE NAMES AND HANGING THINGS ALL WERE PLASTIC. I SEND AN EMAIL ABOUT IT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL THEY WANTED ME TO DO WAS TELL THEM HOW THEY CAN MAKE THINGS BETTER IN THE FUETER INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM OR GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK FOR THE PIECE OF CRAPPY PLASTIC TREE AND CHARMS.

Very good product and even better service! I had some trouble with the delivery (we didn't know where the product was put when delivered and couldn't find it anywhere) Customer service was not only fast to respond, but also helped guide me to the solution!! We ultimately found where the delivery had been put (apartment complex, that's why it was complicated). AND ON TOP OF THAT they provided me with a 20% off reusable coupon for my troubles! Definitely a great company and would highly recommend
