Delighted! I purchased the personalized throw for my granddaughter. It was delivered on the day she was moving into the house and accidentally was put in storage. We thought it was lost or stolen, and Giftago was very helpful in tracing it down. It's beautiful and she loves it.

I bought a personalized affirmation blanket for my niece Sophia. After waiting for the product to be created and shipped out the package finally delivered, but was not anywhere to be found. I had my niece ask her guardian and neighbors along with checking with USPS and I was told it was in fact delivered. My assumption was someone probably stole it. I explained the situation and let customer service know I was devastated because my niece was looking forward to her birthday gift and that I simply couldn't afford to purchase another one. Giftago offered to remake and send out a new one to a different location and track it every step of the way to make sure I received it. I was so grateful for this amazing customer service. Six days later my niece told me the box arrived at her front door. I couldn't believe it just showed up. I notified Giftago right away so they didn't create another blanket and send it out. They thanked me for the information and gave me 10% off unlimited future purchases. Also my niece Sophia LOVED her gift and said the quality of it was great! I highly recommend making a purchase from this company. You won't be disappointed!♡♡♡♡♡

Took a week longer than another company that I ordered from the same day and even after i got delivery notice, my daughter can't find it. It was a gift. Disappointing

Everything was beautiful except I wish I could have chosen the older lady instead of only having young girl option. It allowed me to choose it but didn't change the picture

My only negative about the whole experience is I paid for the expedited service and didn’t get that, it just arrived yesterday. This was for my daughter in law that’s going through chemo. The blanket was great, better than I expected but the shipping was not worth paying extra to get it faster.
