Hi Lauren, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. In response to your worry, please kindly take off the thin plastic film from the ornaments. The ornaments were plainly printed on both sides, but we added a plastic covering to the right side to prevent scratching. You could use tweezers to peel the film easier.

Hi Luke, I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the size of your recent purchase. It appears there might have been a misunderstanding, as the size chosen was the small option (30"x40"). We do offer larger sizes (50"x60" and 60"x80") if you prefer. Apologies for any confusion, and we're here to assist if you'd like to explore other options.
