Friendly and easy to work with

I really like and trust this company and am glad I signed up for security with GHS. Excellent and professional customer service, technicians, and great security packages and service. I’m grateful for the convenience and security this company provides my family.

I recently bought a house and took over the buyers contact. I have had nothing but dedicated employees trying to do all they can to assist me. Our installer Anthony V., is a great guy, he has gone above and beyond in educating me about security systems and other ways to keep our house safe. I would recommend GHS to everyone.

Where can I start? GHS is simply the model that every company on the planet should follow to be successful. if that happened, the world would change to a much better place. GHS excels at: - customer service - doing the right things 1st, then worry about payments and normal business needs 2nd - unbelievably responsive and that includes the technical support folks on the phone, via email, the billing support folks, the people in the field, all of them. As an example, we had a small configuration issue with our front door. We also changed our credit card on file (our issue) but forgot to tell GHS for two months. Know what they did when we got on the phone? Said they'd come over the next day to fix our door. We asked about the billing screwup (again our issue, not GHS) and the exact response was "oh, we'll take care of that later, don't worry about it". I don't know of any other service company i've ever worked with who would say "don't worry about the bill, we'll figure that out later, let's fix your issue first". Can you remember the last time that happened to you? GHS is amazing, highly recommend them.
