As a consumer it appeared it was $39 for first month of meds. Thats a lie. It’s just $39 for a membership. Once I recognized that, I immediately cancelled my prescription while it was under review. I was told it was cancelled and I could not process my prescription because I cancelled. Yet the next day, they charged my card.

Customer service is amazing and so helpful…sometimes it takes a few days for someone to get back to you but they always do and are so friendly and supportive and that makes such a difference when you are trying to lose weight and need encouragement

By far one of the hardest companies to deal with. Unauthorized charges, customer service is of no help as they are contracted. They want 5-7 days to review if they should refund my money. When asked by it would take 5-7 days to review, I was told it's because they have a lot of people asking for a refund and it takes time to review. I asked for the physical mailing address of their office, that took me 30 minutes. I asked for a specific name as to who to have the letter addressed to and was told they do not have one and not authorized to give that information out. I would stay far away from this company.
