The process started well. Soon after I kept getting messages to renew. I paid for the membership and medication. Two months later and I still do not have medication. To make it worse, I keep getting messages to renew even though I have a membership. Made numerous attempts to find out why I don’t have the medication with no resolution.

I’m so happy with the quick response and delivery of medication. I’ve lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks so far and excited to keep going! I’ve not had any side effects. I could not get the weight to come off no matter what I tried before this and I am so happy that something is finally working for me. Highly recommend!

Check with the Dept of Justice on the listbof dishonesty. You will find you are dealing with the same employee over and over and they jusy change names. Positive rebiews here and elsewhere arent customer's but employees forced to post good reviews to counteract the bad ones. There is not one honest review from them. THEY stole money through my flexible spending. They never contacted my health insurance and lied about it. Shipped meds I never agreed to. I refused the shipment. Other charges I never agreed to. Never give them any financial info they can charge from. I never spoke with anyone licensed to prescribe meds.

Hello again Dottie, we want to assure you that we are reviewing your account to see where we can improve. We did review your Prior Authorizations and everything was done accordingly. We do understand it can be disappointing with your insurance denies our requests. The order was refunded in full to you back in April and the 3 charges you had with us were refunded. We also see that a licensed provider was working with you through the Zealthy messaging portal. Also, we want to assure you that every post is never done by us coordinators but instead by the patients, we are working 1x1 to help hit their goals. We again apologize you did not have the best experience with us. If there is anything further we can do to help please email [email protected] with the Subject Line Trustpilot or give us a call at (877)870-0323. We would love to help answer any questions or concerns you may have.

UPDATE: the chat function is useless. I have to make a phone call to get anything sorted out with my account and medication. I’ve added a star as I’ve been able to sort one issue out at a time with the folks who answer the phone. Sadly I’ve been waiting nearly a month for them to get a determination on my prior authorization. I’ve been told multiple times it should take 2-14 business days. I also paid for the compound to start while waiting for the insurance determination, and it has been nearly a month with no notification of shipment, and no status update, despite requests for such. I don’t want to continue to pay for a monthly membership if I will not be receiving the medication. But again, no response for my requests to refund and cancel.

Hey Heather! We are so sorry to hear that this process is taking so long for you. We greatly apologize for this! We reviewed your account and see that you are working right now with your Provider with the approval of the Prior Authorization and the recent order. We are going to reach out as well, just to make sure everything is going the way you would like, so please keep an eye and ear open. We look forward to working with you further.
