I signed up for the coach and for the semaglutide. So far, it’s been great! The medication came in 2 day shipping, and my coach has been very responsive and helpful!

I signed up in March 2024 for the three month "deal". I paid in full. They only sent me 2 months of tirz. stating that the third month would be shipped 30 days after receiving my first two vials. I recieved a call and email stating that my 3rd vial would ship out as mentioned above. Meanwhile, as confusing as the app is, i read somewhere to send an update to your team with a weight update. I did and I made note that I had only lost a couple of pounds month 1 *haven't started month 2 as of yet*. I was previously told by my care team that if a dr approved I would have enough medication in a vial for me to move up to 5mg per week. knowing that information, I told them that due to the lack of weight loss with the first month on 2.5mg i would like to move up to 5mg with Dr. approval. WELL..... they prescribed me a new prescription of 5mg for 3 month and charged me $2,288. They ran that charge TWICE!!! Luckily, it declined. Why would they send me a new prescription (3 vials) if I was only giving an update after my 1st month!!! I still have an entire vial and STILL WAITING ON MY 3RD!!! They are claiming that it is being shipped out tomorrow. ALSO..... one care team member "cancelled my new prescription" because I made it extremely clear that i NEVER requested a new prescription. Then another care team member comes and messages that the prescription cannot be shipped because payment was declined. I advised them of their lack of communication and that they should read the messages that were sent previously. FURTHERMORE, I recall either reading or being told that all dosages were the same price. I was so excited when I signed up. Now I have nothing but worry and stress.
