I had an initial consultation and paid a low fee. However, when I found out my insurance would not cover this and they were mailing me a shot to take, I was not comfortable paying or taking a shot from outside my doctor. So I told them I would not be moving forward. They did nothing else for me and started charging me $135 a month. When I called to leave a message to get them to stop, they never returned my call. I changed my card and they emailed me they could not get my payment. I returned the email telling them I had tried to cancel and to cancel again from the email and they could no longer charge me because I was changing my debit card. They hacked it and kept charging me $135 a month providing me nothing. I have now gotten my bank to change my card again along with my account and routing number so they can't hack that. This is fraud if you can't cancel and they charge you for no service. My bank is now in the process of disputing all charges and crediting me back all $135 payments. Take that Zealthy scammer!!!!

This company has billed me close to $1000 for two months medication and I have not received meds since February. They say it will be solved but nothing been done and I can’t get refund. Stay away

THIS IS A RIP OFF I paid for a membership and was denied by my insurance somehow and now they’re sending me texts every day about purchasing semiglutide. It’s now almost time to pay for another month of “membership” without even having any meds. You shouldn’t have to pay for a membership until you actually have tried the medication. Now they won’t refund me for the first month, even though I haven’t received any medication. Ridiculous and a rip off.

Excellent service! My Semaglutide was packaged well and it came with detailed instructions.

So I told my coach how sometimes I get sick and can't eat after taking my shots which is a VERY COMMON side effect the first few days after taking your shot. Usually a few days later I'm STARVING until I take my next shot cause I'm on the lowest dose. They never answer my messages, charge me 135 to have anyone barely answer me and if I want to call a doctor for 15 minutes for a question, it's 99 dollars on top of the 349 for the medication. So the provider is suspending my mediation because I complained about throwing up after taking the shot a few times which again is SUPER COMMON. Suspending my maintenance meds because my appetite is suppressed which is the whole point of the medication? This needs to be fixed asap because I've screenshotted all my messages with these people and I feel like I would have a legal case with them if a lawyer read half the stuff I have.

This company utilizes employees from outside the USA. They have no oversight by USA managers. As a result, they ignore requests and messages and do not do their job. I've managed a staff of 25 from the Philippines, Pakistan, and Indonesia and had to develop audit processes as it's a known fact they hold down 3 full-time remote jobs. They should be closed down. They also violate Chase/MasterCard terms of service as they don't have a working customer service phone number.

I was very skeptical about this process but I do have to say that the communication is outstanding. My questions are answered in a timely fashion.
