Zealthy does't provide the services that they promise
I paid the membership fee for Zealthy on 11/17/25. They are supposed to provide support services to help with weight loss. I have had 3 doses of medication since I received it and have had zero support. I have sent them countless messages and left voicemails as well. They have never called me back when I left VM's and the text messages are very generic and do not answer my questions. I have yet to get any support from them. I don't know what I am paying a membership fee for if they are not providing any of the support services that they promised. With all of the other companies out there that provide weight loss meds, I would pick any one of them other than Zealthy. Update: They responded to this email by asking me to write them an email and it would be handled. It has been almost 3 weeks since I emailed them and still no response. In the meantime I have lost the ability to speak with my provider. They want to charge me an additional $99 to speak to them when it is supposed to be included in the membership fee. I have called and messaged them several times more and they stopped responding to me all together. And also the medication they sent me isn't even working. I have lost about 1 lb over the last 2 weeks. This place is such a scam. Buyer beware.
