I am experiencing similar issues with not receiving the product. I received one vile but paid for three. The response I receive to my inquiries is " we have escalated your request". I have have been trying to get my meds for weeks. If no shipping info in a couple days, I will dispute the transaction with my credit card company. The product works, their system does not!

I am giving 3 stars as I can’t give 5 yet. I ordered and paid out of pocket for a 3 month supply of semaglutide on April 16th. There has been no tracking information and I have called and spoke with several reps throughout the week (who were all kind). I look at my account as of today and they had to resend my prescription (yesterday 04/23) and after speaking with another rep this afternoon, they said it was due to not having it in stock (which I would have liked to know last week and not get the run around 8 days later). I normally wouldn’t mind but since I paid OOP for this as my insurance doesn’t cover this medication, I would like to know everything that is going on since it’s a lot of money. I also have a goal set for weight loss and a time frame so if I’m not able to get this medication and start it, I will not hit my goal weight on time. Praying I get it shipped out asap.

I really like the product and results, it has been fantastic. Unfortunately, they seem to have some logiatical and supply issues. I have not received my refill and have been contacted about it three separate times and still no tracking/shipping data. Next week will be my third week without the product. However, the customer service is kind and punctual when I address the issue.
