I entered my information on the site to see if I was approved for the medication. That is how the deception starts. Give them all of your information to see if you are right for their product and once you submitted it they set you up for a subscription they never mentioned in the prescreening. Now after the fact I realize it's not a prescreening but a deceptive way to set up an account with them. Immediately after hitting "enter" my credit card was charged for a subscription and for the medication that I wasn't approved for yet. I contacted their chat team online and their customer service same day to tell them that this needed to be canceled as nothing said that this was a subscription and I hadn't spoken to a physician to approve me for the medication. They told me neither was refundable. After a while ******* said he could refund me the subscription cost and put in a message to the pharmacy to cancel the order. The medication had not been processed yet for shipping. Well a day or two later they ship the medication and tell me that they can't reroute it back to them. I know rerouting is possible as my husband works for a large shipping company. Then the medication shows up on my doorstep the next week, warm with completely melted icepacks. I proceed to put it in my fridge until Zealthy gives me further instruction on how to send it back. Now I have heard from another Zealthy rep that this medication cannot be returned, which I understand as it's medication. The kicker is that they still will not refund the $189 for the product that I did not approve or speak to a doctor to receive. I have no interest in using the product and I do not wish to receive free product, but I do expect a refund for their mistakes. They have denied the refund and refuse to eat the cost. If I could give them zero stars I would. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

We did an in-depth review and do not see that you let us know how the condition of the order was received, so we never knew the order arrived warm to you. No communication, the wrong doctor shows up for my consultation, and the guy who is supposed to be my care coordinator doesn’t answer his messages. The app is glitchy and doesn’t seamlessly change pages, I had to tap the Reschedule button dozens of times and although it says I won’t be charged for my visit, apparently I’m still being charged $99. Total crap.
