Hey Ashley, we are so sorry to hear that you are being charged for a service you are no longer using. We reviewed your account and see that you did sign up for a monthly weight loss membership. When signing up we do let you know that you will be charged monthly unless canceled out. We do see the service is canceled out so there will be no charges in the future. Since we see you did not use the service we have refunded the last 2 months of fees and will email you with the refund details. Hello Aundria, we are so sorry to hear that you are being charged for a membership that you were not using. We reviewed your account and see that we tried to contact you via phone and message portal from April - June asking you to upload your insurance cards so we could run your insurance. We do see that you have uploaded your insurance cards now and we have started the Prior Authorization process so we can work to get your prescription approved by your insurance. Once we hear back from your insurance with more information, we are going to reach out to you directly so you are always in the loop.
