Hey Anita! We are so sorry to hear that you did not qualify for our program. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been for you. As a heads up, we have other medications that are included in your membership and will be delivered to your home monthly if you would like to go this route. If you would like to go this route please let your Provider know. We do see that your membership with us is canceled out so you will not be charged again.
