I feel as if the company makes the whole system quite confusing and i don't really think it's really necessary to pay all that money for the membership when theres not anything I do extra on that.

Hey Nichole, thank you for reaching out to us with feedback on how your Zealthy journey is going. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, we can prescribe non-GLP medication, free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. First, I was charged the instant I inputted my payment information, which I didn't expect. Second, site boasts many options that are not available except via sent links that fail to work. Almost 1 month in and I have yet to get any medication.

I was very skeptical skeptical at first, but I was patient. I followed the process. I waited through the process and I’m glad I did. I ended up getting it in the mail and I can’t wait to start. My journey responded every time I had a question and I was very impressed with that, I would ask a question and it was answered within five minutes. Unauthorized charges made repeatedly; no product received. Asked for a refund and cancellation of account, and was ignored. Hundreds of dollars essentially stolen. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
