Don’t trust this company!! They charged me $320 over 3 months for a service I never received. I received absolutely nothing from them. Initially charged me $49 for trial service. Then when approved they wanted me to pay two months of membership in advance to receive my medication from the pharmacy. When I refused and tried to cancel my membership they still charged me the $135 last month and this month. And still I have received nothing. And still they refuse to send my medication after they siphoned 2 months of payments out of my account not including the $49 “discount” for the first month. So that’s 3 months. It looks like I now have to cancel my card to prevent further charges from this bogus company which is a huge inconvenience on my end. I don’t know about you but $135 charge for a service you never received in this economy should be a crime. This is the worst company I have ever worked with and they are a complete SCAM!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A LEGITIMATE COMPANY THAT WON’T LURE YOU IN WITH FAKE DISCOUNTS AND FAIRYTALE STORES!!!!!

Hey Marilyn! I really appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Upon checking, our medical providers are trying to contact you in the portal and asking if you are on Medicare. Once you confirm with our medical provider that you are not on Medicare, they will happily approve your order. This is a scam! Do not believe their pitch. 1) I sent my insurance to them directly from United site and they claim “they can’t verify me”. Either they are incompetent or a scam 2) I requested a refund since they did not meet their conditions and they claim they got me approved, yet every message through their portal says otherwise. Be warned, do not use! Stay away. I will also be filing a claim with my state consumer protection and Attorney Generals office.

Their zealthy billing practices are atrocious. They consistently over billed me for a discount package they advertised and then have continued to fight me on the issue. I have had to get BBB and my bank involved. And their customer service lied to me on multiple occasions.
