Hello Sloane! I am truly sorry to hear about these unexpected fees. From the sound of the charge, you are signed up for our Weight Loss membership. In order to receive a prescription through us, you need to have a monthly membership. This is what you are originally charged the $39 for. You are able to cancel this membership at anytime in the My Profile - Manage Membership section of your account.
