Update 09/12: I had a terrible experience with this company. They assured me that my card would not be charged until they shipped the missing doses from my prepaid treatment. Despite this, they charged my card again without delivering what I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my plan, I was met with delays and no resolution. This company lacks transparency and professionalism. I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Terrible experience with this company. I paid $670 for a 3-month treatment and never received the full doses I was promised. Every time I reached out, they gave me generic excuses like ‘partner issues’ or ‘hurricane delays,’ but no real solution. It’s been months, and they’ve done nothing but send automated responses while completely neglecting their customers. Meanwhile, they keep sending promotional emails trying to sell more, yet they can’t even deliver on their existing commitments. I strongly advise against trusting this company—they lack professionalism, integrity, and basic customer care.

I have been charged for the last month and still they haven't send my medication, they come up with so many excuses, and they sent me a link to sign up again, and pay again they keep saying is being sent and nothing, I have been waiting for 4 weeks and is December and the membership will be charged and I didn't even get my last month medication, now they won't even answer me, I will just cancel and file a BBB complaint because of all this I recommend to my sister now I don't recommend this site to anyone, they are not professional at all.

I joined Zealthy and they were able to get my insurance to approve me for Zepbound after being denied initially!! The provider is prompt at replying to my questions and concerns. I love having access to a health coach too. It’s easy to get refills as needed. Loving it and losing weight!

The counselors really care here! The messages are quickly responded to when needed and lightening quick Assessment to prescription transaction to your door. I left a competitor site as I was left without meds for 2 straight meds and 0 responses. This company Is straight forward approach.
