I received tirzepitide with 2 different sets of dosage instructions. One from the pharmacy, one from the provider. After multiple attempts to get clarity by using the online portal, I had to figure out the dosage on my own. The vial was in mg but the syringes they sent were in cc/ml. That conversion is a factor of 5. Ex. 2.5 mg = 12.5 units or cc/ml. What's even more frustrating is the section of the online portal under the heading "what to do" stated the dosage at 25 units. At this very moment, I have not received proper attention to the dosage amount. One provider said since I used too much initially they would approve 7.5 mg (37.5 units). The next message from a different person said 27.5 units. It's disgusting that they cannot get it together.

Hey Vance! I am so sorry to hear that there has been confusion with the dosage of your medication. The medication received has a generic dosage for the prescription that is automatically put on by the pharmacy itself. We always recommend that you go directly off the dosage given to you by your Zealthy Provider, as depending on the dosage, your specific prescription may be different than what is on the pharmacy bottle.
