The providers are courteous and professional however the app/website and video chat could use some improvement. I received several offers for a discount but in the end I didn't receive it. Disappointing.

You guys totally lied to me at the beginning and told me that Zepbound would not be covered by my insurance, you tried to talk me into getting a compounded semi glutide, I told you no and you sent it anyway and you charge me for it!! You are not to be trusted at all.

They lost their contract with their pharmacy for the state of California and it took 2 months to get my next order while they finalized a new contract. My next fill was ordered 6 weeks ago and has yet to ship. I have asked several times over the last 2 weeks about getting a refund and I have not received a response.

I started weight loss program with them since November 2023. It was good in the beginning, they got my insurance to cover brand name drug. Then my insurance required to see my original weight from beginning in a doctor's letterhead, Zealthy just could not provide. They cannot provide the original documentation provided to my insurance either. So needless to say, I lost my insurance coverage. I tried to obtain the paperwork for over 6 months and just get a runaround. I would not use their service again.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! I’m paying with a payment plan and I’ve had to call their billing department five times so they will stop cancelling my order and actually send my meds because apparently in their records I’m on no payment plan. Even after I’ve sent photographic proof of their company receiving the first installment payment, they continue to try to charge me the full price at once and withhold my medicine. I’ve spoken to 7 different people who have ALL reassured me this will not keep happening and yet it still does. THIS SITE IS A JOKE!!!! Do not recommend!!!!!
