Two weeks still haven’t received my prescription.. they took my $500. The first prescription came in two days but second month no meds.. keep calling me to string me along with the same update.. your prescription has been sent to pharmacy.. well don’t take people’s money first until meds are shipped.. I’m going to have to get my money back..

Took days for the coach to get back to me But the worst thing about your company is Your charged my bank account wx for $134 a month for nothing. If I'm not getting the shots anymore I shouldn't be getting charged! For the amount you charged me I could have afforded another 3 months but since you took it I couldn't afford it anymore. I wish I would have read the reviews before getting involved eith Zelthy cuz had I read them I would have found a more reliable place to spend my hard earned money!! RIP OFF. RIP OFF.

When I read in the news about tirzepatide being pulled off of emergency status, I wanted to know if it would still be available with existing prescriptions and/or for existing users. If not, would they switch us to the generic semaglutide to still be able to have affordable medication? I asked that question multiple times along with expressing concerns that I needed to increase my dosage. The questions went ignored. I was more persistent when I ran out of medication. Instead of just answering my questions, they told me that I had to go through the "order more" process. I went through that process and was given a script for the name-brand Zepbound at the same dosage that I had been on. It was going to be over $2000. I was also being charged a monthly subscription to Zealthy and ended up paying for 2 months of the app, even though I was out of medication during this time waiting for a response. I finally gave up, cancelled the app subscription, and went to a different provider.
