They did not do what they said they would do. Ignored specific requests I made and complicated the entire situation. Then once I asked for a refund they quit responding to me completely.

Horrible! Submitted a refill request they canceled it after the doctor approved it then the pharmacy canceled it. I called and it was resubmitted and never was updated from 2/11 to 2/19 every chat response was horrible and when I finally called again she said there was no prescription even though I can see it on the app. Over it!!!

Terrible company. They screw up your order, charge you, you try to tell them they messed up the order and they then tel you they will stop it before it ships and refund you, except they don’t. Then it delivers (the wrong thing) and you never receive a refund. All the while they ignore your messages. Then they tell you after you annoy them enough that they can’t refund you because it was sent out! It isn’t my fault you sent me the wrong thing!!!! I asked for a refund before you sent it because I noticed your mistake and radio silence is what I get! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and a scam!
