Horrible experience!!! The customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!! When opening the package you received I suggest recording a video of you unpacking the box because I was shorted on medication. DO NOT USE this company.

Worst experience ever!! Customer service sucks!! And they have zero control on your needs, I ordered some medication got charged and never ever got it, but yet I was being charged monthly without getting it once. Once I opened check and refund request I was told I was not getting any money back! Stay away from Zealthy!!!

I keep getting emails to review Zealthy and I have ignored most of them however after an interaction on September 6th, 2024 I feel I could share that a customer service agent had said they would not be refilling my prescription because they wanted me to remain “fat”. After that, I had reached out multiple times and it got brushed off by management who extended an apology. I tried to remain a customer, I would receive offers for a 3 month supply and then it wouldn’t be confirmed. They would then resend the offer and it would be a much higher cost! They did not hold up their original pricing that was offered. Overall a horrible experience and horrible treatment of a loyal customer. I have the screenshots of my interactions should anyone from this company reach out, however I feel that this will be deleted and I won’t be receiving any further emails asking my opinion of this awful company!

They were fine in the very beginning after about six months. I paid my $300 in my membership fee in January. They submitted my prescription. I waited and waited then they said they lost my prescription then they re-issued my prescription then they said they couldn’t re-issue it because it was now February and I had my membership was ending on 28 February which now is only the 20th and I still haven’t received my January prescription no refund for my $300 for my January prescription or delivered to me; so I’m out $349 and nothing to show for it . I’ve asked several times on the text just please send me my prescription or send me a refund for January.

It’s crazy! My mind has always been centered around food…How much should I eat, what should eat, over eat, binge when sad or happy….i now know how people that are at a healthy weight feel!! The first time in my life!! I feel a weight has been lifted from my brain! I now eat less, don’t obsess about food but still enjoy it, I don’t eat too much, I am not consumed with thoughts of food!! What a wonder feeling for the first time in my life!! I have lost the weight slow but consistently have lost about 5 lbs a month! I am down 32lbs and feel the best I have mentally and physically felt in over 30 years! U owe it to yourself to stop the insanity and guilt!
