The medication prescribed is great, but the customer services is horrible. Getting someone to answer and help when you are having difficulty getting your prescription is unbelievable. You have to wait days, the reply is suppose to be 2-3 days but not the case. The provider is not responsive and slow at taking action.

Scam company. Look for the bait and switch at checkout and then be prepared for them to charge your card even if you don't agree to their terms. I saw their ad on Facebook and started the sign up process. Their pricing looked great and it was the product I wanted. Went through their lengthy and time-consuming sign up process which included providing my credit card information. On the final approval page, they added almost triple the cost in "membership" fees. They advertise one price but then add on membership fees on your checkout page in tiny font bringing the total cost to more than triple what they advertise. I never agreed to the final sign up page and never submitted my completed application. I never chose my desired drug. However, Zealthy charged my card anyways for an amount that was never discussed or disclosed. Tried calling their customer support line and was told I would have a 7 minute wait. After 25 minutes, I was transferred to their voice messaging system and told to leave a voice message. 1) Deceptively advertised one price and then tried to bill triple the price after investing time and effort to complete their application process. 2) Charged my account after I declined their services and never submitted final approval. 3) No customer service. 3 strikes and you're out. There are many other competitors out their offering the identical product for the same or better price. Avoid this scam company.

Lack of communication, charged multiple times for one order ever time, has potential but is too disorganized They have asked me to review them several times so I appreciate wanting feedback despite knowing how I feel. I would order again once they can get the basics working and fixed

This company is a huge SCAM! The charged my card 4 times for a total of $1500 and continued to tell me that I needed to update my card info, because my card was declined. I can not get anyone on the phone or to answer my messages. I have started a dispute claim with my bank and am going to be receiving all my money back, but what a horrible hassle. Complete waste of time and total scam!!!
