For me imo they did awesome it only took about 3 weeks total for me to sign up meet my very helpful care team and I just got my medicine yesterday! I'm very happy so far. 😊

Horrible customer support. Mostly a scam!! I was charged for two months of a medication plan that I did not request and never received. They would not answer my emails either. I did get one medication, but never a RX and copy of the receipt for tax purposes. I was only able to get my money back from the erroneous charges after submitting a complaint to the better business bureau.

If there were zero stars I would give it. TOTAL scam. I recently paid 1500 and received the wrong amount to cover the dosage and also I am not sure it even is the medicine at this point. Doubling does has zero impact. Also, if you look online you are supposed to add units every month. This company charges you a ridiculous amount of money to stay at the lowest dose with zero effect. So, either it is the wrong amount or it isn't even a medicine that is in that vial. Total scam. Have requested refund.

The process to receive weight prescription is fairly easy, I was approved and received it on 7 days. I able to ask questions 24/7 but the constant emails & text, up to 5 a day is too much. They are asking or stating the same thing over and over. Some messages are confusing like - schedule a visit with a provider- I received that 4 times. All that messaging & emails are super overwhelming! I am super excited about my weight loss process so far.

Zealthy is a scam. I have tried to contact them for 2 months now. There is no customer service available, just text. The team does nit respond to any texts I sent. The only correspondence I get from Zealthy is asking me to update my payment...good luck with that, Zealthy.

At first I was leary, it seemed too easy and effortless, but it was a real good experience from professionals with open communication, fair pricing clear instructions always available for questions and concerns. Highly recommended.

The seal on the vial of medication I ordered was broken off. Not even sure HOW this could be possible considering the astronomical amount of money I paid. So upsetting. Customer service is ZERO help. I tried emailing and calling multiple times but got no response in regards to this situation.
