The other two orders should have been received by you. You can cancel your account in the My Profile section under Manage Membership. Hello Julieanna! I am so sorry to hear you were charged for an order when you were not using it. I do see that the reason you were charged was due to you having a Hair Loss Medication Subscription that is still active. I have canceled this service to ensure that you are not charged again. I also refunded 20% off the order and you are going to see $96.00 back on your card within the next 5-7 business days at most.
