Worst company ever to deal with
Worst company ever to deal with. I’ve tried twice once last year and once this year. Same results. Incompetent staff that don’t answer messages and if they do, they haven’t read what you asked. They cheat you out of meds and months paid. This has happened twice. Never again.

Do Not Use Them
Do Not Use Them! They took $1,800.00 for a 6 month prescription, sent me insufficient amount for three months, and now they won’t ship me part two! No one wants to do anything to help. They keep trying to make me place another order, and pay more! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

APP & Computer not synced
I signed up and put in my insurance information & my health insurance debt card and got an email that instead of 1/4 deliveries I could do monthly. Well I am now harassed by emails, phone calls and messages stating that my card needs to be updated because it did not go through. I got my meds and the credit card receipt for the charge. They also keep telling me my insurance information is not found and I have uploaded it 3 times to the portal. The APP and the computer portal do not speak to each other, so if you sign up on the computer the APP doesn't work. They need to get their act together. The amount of phone calls a day regarding this is bordering harassment.

Don’t be fooled
Don’t be fooled. The low cost is a membership for the site, not the medications provided. Though I had clear examples of my request to refund and cancel prior to any plan set up and coordination, they continued to refuse. They pocket your money not caring at all.

Hey Yadii! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about our weight loss program. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee ($39 first month) to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and, if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication, which comes at a separate fee. Scammers in my opinion. They lure you with confusing prices. And over communicating to appear reputable up until literally charging your cc with a MUCH higher than expected or originally offered amount! Once I caught this I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the membership - willing to take a loss on the $40 sign up. Here we are over a week later and Zealthy is still actively attempting to charge my cc $670 at once!!!!!! When I was offered originally $135/mo payments and reason I even entered my cc info. So their game is rush to charge full price for a product they market at a “discounted monthly rate” that may/may not work -but you’re now stuck with. Then go radio silent, or slow response times once the members begin to complain.

Disappointed!!!!
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this company. The first month I received the product things flowed fairly smoothly. Medication filled, tracking number received-things went quite smoothly. From there everything went downhill. I had problems receiving my meds after paying for them, customer service was NO help at all, NO tracking information and most importantly NO refunds if the RX was sent to the pharmacy BUT didn't ship until 2weeks later. After reading the complaints later on I should have NOT used this company. I actually switched to another company and I pay for 12 weeks what it cost me for 1 month of horrible service with Zealthy. Do your homework before choosing this company. Very disappointed.
