Do NOT use this company! They are a scam! I didn’t even sign up for a membership and they still took $39 out of my account and they have yet to refund my money. I have contacted the Attorney General and turned them in and my bank has launched a dispute with the company. I will get my money back even if it takes months, but I want to warn others not to use this company for any reason whatsoever.

UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL, how does this company even exist. Customer service is a robot, and cant even answer questions in a way that at least pretends to be a person, and the product I received after paying 1500 or so, was NOT what was supposed to come, but moreover, it says, you must use this vial within 28 days, so IF there was 2 months worth even in that one vial, how does that make sense that I would be able to do 2 months worth of injections on 1 vial? BUT again, reaching out and reaching out to NO avail, and now they have the audacity to say, hey actually, you can get zepbound instead of the compound. I just want to return this vial and cancel. NOT worth your time, stress, and certainly your money.

They charged me $40 to start a membership. faws state you can't get a refund on medication, nothing about starting a membership. Not only do you lose money when canceling but you don't get medication which cost $600 if you don't have private insurance to help pay and are coming out of pocket! It's really shady practice and should be illegal! I made sure I read FAQS before purchasing and it mentions nothing about not being able to get a refund for canceling once they lie about the price being $150 a month after your insurance covers payment. Really fcked up! They do have the prescription versions of the caps for $150 a month and even the injections but Ozempic isn't worth it anyways since it causes alot of health issues. Check out Berberine which is natural and is natures real Ozempic with the no damage or muscle most! YX17430Y

Hey Kevin! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee ($39 first month) to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and, if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication, which comes at a separate fee.
