Worst company ever. Definitely a scam. I told them I wasn't interested in the program and they charged the 39. Soon after they tried to charge 670 after telling them I wasn't interested. My bank calls asked if I authorized that pull from my account I said no I didn't. They continued to try to charge my account. Few days later on a sun they were able to. So I contacted my bank who saw they tried every day several times a day to pull the money and somehow in sun they forced it through by changing the name sightly to take my money. More emails to their company to return my money and cancel the service i didn't agree to in the first place. No reply. And as I write this I am still on hold (which was supposed to be 3 min and is now 20) i have no answer from them. Since they got the money from my account I can't go into thier website because it glitches. Do not do business with this company. It is 100% a scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t waste your time or money. I signed up for 1 month to start and after 2 days they charged me for 2 more months and meds after I told them to wait for insurance. Then I find out no compounds are ever covered by insurance!!! WTH???

I have reached out to our Pharmacy Escalation team, asking them to reach out to our partnering pharmacy and try and get the order canceled. As soon as we receive an update from our partnering pharmacy, our team will reach out to you with an update. In the meantime, I have refunded the 2 months of prepaid membership. You are going to see $216 back on your card within the next 5- 7 business days at most.
