I was told I could skip the insurance process and then paid for medication and membership but then got a cancelation notice due to insurance. I'm very upset.

The provider will not respond to questions of any kind. Side effects was my biggest concern I was having. Signed up and paid for 90 days. The meds only last for 60 days, if I want the 30 that was not included in my shipment it will cost me allot. Asked how long they will be able to get the compound I am using, I am told most the stock of the manufacturer will be gone in early May, but they are offering 1, 3, 6 & 12 months. How? According to other reviews, being shorted is normal with them. I am glad I tried GLP1 it works, but I will use my local Dr, he has answered the questions they would not. And the meds will last the length he says. My coach was amazing! The meds work. Just wish I had used a different route to get here.

I had submitted insurance card information and was never updated if accepted or not and was charged the full amount even though it said you would inform me if insurance would participate or not. Just wanted the make amount I guess

Calling zealthy I'm ok with, those links they give you to go through is not good at all, because they will not take you anywhere but back to your home page. So I rather just call zealthy or the pharmacy and get it over with. To many bugs
