Hey Ahrea! I am truly sorry to hear there was confusion on how our weight loss program works, and you were being charged for our services when you were no longer needing them. I am, however, happy to say that our team has fully resolved this issue with you. Your membership with us has been canceled to ensure no future charges. We also voided the $135 charge, so it does not go through. If there is anything else we can do to help, please feel free to reach out.

Hey Amber! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our weight loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and a Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested,d your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. I completely understand wanting a refund on this charge since you are not moving forward.
