Prescription great - Service fair
I like not having to call a doctor, that the prescription lasts for three months, and the medication has been helpful for the first couple of days. If this company delivered service like their written word, it would be 4 Stars due to the late shipment of my prescription and that there is a monthly membership fee. If the membership cost were much lower and optional after the first month, 5 Stars could be my choice. My basic experience has been that responses when messaging in the app usually happen the next day, and my prescription was delayed in being mailed. I also receive many texts and emails wanting my business, as if I had not already committed and paid; no resolution is available. FYI - Mailing of my prescription timeline. I registered on 4/15 and was doctor-approved and charged on 4/16. My prescription was to be sent between 4/17 and 4/20. It remained "pending" until I sent a message on 4/24 stating I needed to cancel to look elsewhere or expedite my prescription. My prescription was mailed on 4/25 at 4:30 p.m. and arrived on 4/29 at 1:42 p.m. Also, The randoms emails are now coming about my prescription being delivered. There processing and auto email system needs a review and updates.
