DO NOT USE - 100% a scam!
100% scam! DO NOT USE! They'll sell you that they can work with your insurance, which is a complete lie. They submitted a pre-authorization to my insurance, and my insurance shared it with me - it was clearly written by someone who could not speak English, at all. It made no sense, and you couldn't even tell what they were trying to say. My insurance responded back and requested more info from Zealthy. 10 days passed, and Zealthy didn't even respond - at all. During this time, I messaged my 'care team' multiple times - for 10 days - and I got zero response, from anyone. It was unbelievable. I messaged them every single day. Eventually, I just canceled my membership. The day that I canceled it, I got a message from my care team that they had 'paperwork from my insurance', but that they could 'only process it if I extend my membership'. Yeah, right. Absolute trash company built on deception and ignoring customers, but hoping they'll extend their membership to 'get a pre-auth' that they'll write with a Kindergarten-level of writing and will get denied.
