BUYER BEWARE!!!! They do not respond to support emails but will try to process your payment multiple times a day. I canceled my account and they still proceeded to withdraw money. I've seen them also say that even if you fully cancel your account, you can log back in. That is a lie. I have tried to log back in multiple times and was unsuccessful (it is the correct email and password just in case they try to flip it). I do not recommend this company to ANYONE

Hello Neona! I am truly sorry to hear that you are being charged for our services when you are not using them. I was able to locate your account and see that your monthly membership is still active with us. This is why the recent $135 charge tried to go through. However, our team has already voided out the $135 charge, ensuring it does not go through. I understand how not being able to get into your account can be frustrating. I have gone ahead and emailed you the details of your account to help get you back in. I also canceled the membership for you to ensure you are not charged again in the future. I tried to cancel my subscription since September 2024, but could not. Zealthy has provided no support and continues to ship medication. This medication makes me sick, and I have asked to stop shipping it. Furthermore, you keep billing my account for what I consider trash medication.

Hello Martin! First, I want to assure you that all the pharmacies we work with are certified by the National Boards of Pharmacy and are monitored by state pharmacy boards. We work with our partner pharmacies that use FDA-registered suppliers to ensure all medications are properly developed, processed, shipped, and delivered. If you are no longer in need of the service, you can cancel at any time in the My Profile section under Manage Membership. This works just as they said it would! My weight consistently goes down as I continue to do my part. I am 59 and soon to be 60. My age makes it more difficult to lose weight but this is still working for me. I’m so excited and grateful to Zealthy for making this opportunity happen for me!!!!!!
