Hello there! I completely understand wanting a refund on this membership fee if you are not going forward. Typically, the fee is nonrefundable if a provider reaches out and onboarding is completed. Hello Angelina! I am so sorry to hear that you are not seeing the results you want, so far. Please keep in mind that everybody is different, and some people see results quickly, and some it takes a little more time. I highly recommend that you work 1x1 with your Zealthy Weight Loss Coach, as well as let your Zealthy Provider know. They can review your current order and help ensure you are on the right path to see the results you want.
